Savor Alaska Catering by SMG: On-site and Off-site
The Anchorage Convention Centers offer high-quality, full-service, in-house catering in the Egan and Dena'ina Centers. Our very own Catering arm is called "Savor Alaska Catering by SMG" and proudly features Certified Executive Chef, Richard Hubbard. Savor Alaska has capabilities to please even the most demanding palate. Set or custom-tailored menus reflect Regional and Continental cuisine; meals are prepared on-site featuring Alaskan seafood and using the freshest ingredients. For a modest business lunch or dinner for thousands, our Executive Chef, staff, and facilities are at your service.
Off-site, Savor Alaska Catering by SMG can create mouthwatering meals and bring them to you at the venue of your choice, or freshly grill and prepare your summer picnic on-the-spot. Select from the menus below or work with our Certified Executive Chef, Richard Hubbard, directly to create the perfect meal for your event. Savor Alaska will bring the staff, food, equipment, bartenders, liquor license, set it all up — and clean up afterwards.
