The BizBee corporate spelling bee is held every October. This is one of ALP's greatest fundraisers. BizBee is an adult spelling bee that raises both funds and hilarity. Each team has three members; all three must be employees or members of the organization. This is a special kind of spelling bee; your team can collaborate on spelling, and you have the option of saving yourself from hard words by "buying" a new one. Each year's BizBee makes an enormous difference in the Literacy Program's finances and the number of volunteer tutors who can be trained.
